Request Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please submit the request below. If your package has not yet shipped, we may be able to stop the order before dispatch.
Time-Sensitive Policy
Orders are processed quickly to support fast shipping. For the best chance of cancellation, submit your request within 60 minutes of placing the order.
Cancellation Process
- Complete the cancellation form with your order details.
- Our fulfillment team will review whether the order has already entered the shipping process.
- You will receive an email confirming whether the cancellation was approved or declined, typically within 1-2 business hours.
Already Shipped
If tracking has already been activated, we may not be able to stop the shipment. Once it arrives, please use our Returns & Refunds process to request an eligible return.
